What we collect

• Your account: e-mail address, name and company (if you give them), a hash of your password, and your two-factor settings.
• Billing: the plans you buy, invoices, and the payment status and coin reported by our payment provider, Cryptain. We never see wallet keys or card details.
• License checks: when a server activates or renews a license, it sends the license key, a server id (a hash, not your machine id), the hostname, the AIO Panel version and the number of hosting accounts. No website content, e-mail, passwords or data of your customers is sent.
• Support: the messages you send us.
• Technical data: IP addresses and browser user agents of sign-ins, kept for security.

Why

To provide your account and licenses, to bill you, to prevent fraud and abuse (for example one key on too many servers), to answer support requests, and to meet legal obligations such as accounting.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the service: our hosting provider, our e-mail provider and Cryptain for payments. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and for as long as accounting law requires afterwards. Sign-in records are deleted after 14 days, license check details when the server is removed from the license.

Your rights

You can see and change your details in your account, and ask us to export or delete your data at [PRIVACY E-MAIL]. Deleting an account ends its licenses.
