Questions
How is AIO Panel licensed?
Per server. Each server you activate a license on uses one of the servers in your plan. Every installation starts on the free plan, no key needed.
How do I pay?
In cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and more) through Cryptain. Before each period we e-mail you an invoice with a payment link.
What happens if I do not renew?
Your licenses keep working for 7 days after the due date. Then your servers fall back to the free plan. Websites, mail and databases keep running; only new accounts above 5 and premium modules are paused.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period.
Can I move a license to a new server?
Yes. Remove it from the old server (in the panel, with aio license:remove, or from your account) and activate it on the new one.
Do you offer refunds?
If AIO Panel does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment. See the refund policy.
